Wagner Plasti-Bar and Alumabar

Plasti-Bar is a clear extruded high impact acrylic track on which to mount WAGNER slotted changeable letters. Ideally this track should be cemented only to acrylic (plastic) backgrounds.

The tapered slot on the back of the WAGNER letters, eliminates shifting while on the track - Fig. A.

Alumabar is an anodized aluminum track similar in shape to Plasti-Bar, that is designed for quick and inexpensive applications like outdoor advertising displays, identification signs or indoor walls. Recommended for use on any smooth surface like plywood, metal, masonry or fiberglass backgrounds, not recommended for use on acrylic (plastic) background.

After predrilling the Alumabar use the fastener best suited to your particular substrate.

Plasti-Bar is available in 6', 8', 10' and 12' lengths

Alumabar is available in 8' and 10' lengths.

Track Spacing

8", 10" and 17" letters require 7" bar spacing
6" letters require 5" bar spacing
4" requires a 2 5/16" bar spacing.
Measurements are from the top of one bar to the top of the next bar.
